Jefferson Landing is easily accessible from lots of directions. From I-40 or I-77, take 421 N to North Wilkesboro. Continue on 421 N for approximately 20 miles until the Highway 221 N intersection. Turn right and follow 221 N through West Jefferson (approximately 10 miles), and Jefferson (another 2 miles) to the intersection of Highway 221 N and 16 S. Continue straight on Highway 16 S for about a mile. The entrance to Jefferson Landing is on the left.
